1. Service Scope
OpenAtman provides AI automation products for communication, lead handling, and campaign workflows across social and web channels. Services include messaging automation, form-based lead capture, bulk campaign flows, and integration support.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OpenAtman for spam, phishing, fraud, misinformation, abusive messaging, illegal activity, or unauthorized data collection. You are responsible for all content sent through your connected channels and automations.
3. Integrations and Platform Policies (Meta, X, AWS, GPT)
OpenAtman may integrate with third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), X, AWS, and GPT-based AI services. Your usage must also comply with each provider’s terms, API policy, and moderation requirements. If a third-party provider restricts an account, access may be impacted outside OpenAtman control.
4. Account Safety and Blocking
OpenAtman does not block compliant customer accounts without cause. Access restrictions may occur when required for security, legal obligations, payment issues, abuse prevention, or direct platform enforcement by integrated providers. We prioritize transparent communication when action is needed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, permission-based outreach, lawful campaign behavior, and accurate user communication. You should monitor automation outputs and update prompts/rules when business requirements change.
6. Limitation and Updates
Service features may evolve over time as integrations and platform standards change. We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, and product changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Google OAuth and Gmail Permissions
When you connect Google services, you grant explicit OAuth permissions for requested scopes. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time. OpenAtman uses granted scopes only for requested app functions and applies least-privilege handling where possible.
